Lower Junction Construction Update January 2017

Auto Building - 158 Sterling Road

Restoration and renovation work has been underway since last spring. Significant progress has been made over the winter. New windows have been installed from the third floor through the ninth floor. Steel frame windows are being installed in the second floor.

A ground floor concrete slab at the west side has been cut for equipment access to the basement. Electrical, stair pull stations have started to be installed.

Historic elements in the building are be persevered, restored and reintegrated into the building.

With the most of the building becoming sealed, more interior work can get underway. We look forward to providing more frequent updates as work progresses through the winter.

Looking ahead.
